Sales Manager Trainee

Our premier training program includes 16 weeks of formal training in sales leadership, merchandising presentation and hands-on daily operations in a JCPenney store.  We also provide trainees an opportunity to manage an area within your store and apply the skills learned in the first 16 weeks. Senior Store Management will coach and mentor you throughout the program and you will also receive training from our Home Office via our internal satellite broadcas

Sales Manager Internship

Our 10-week summer internship is high caliber and challenging. As part of the store sales team, you will experience firsthand the daily operations of a JCPenney store and be actively engaged in sales leadership, inventory flow, event planning and merchandise presentation. You will interact with senior store management who will coach and mentor you throughout the program and also receive training from our Home Office via our internal satellite broadcasts.
