Our Retail Interns gain hands-on experience at the heart of our business by selling and participating in sales and customer service events as well as gaining exposure to managerial responsibilities. Our Corporate Center Interns gain exposure to many aspects of our business by working on challenging projects and meeting key managers.

The Internship program is open to college students in their junior or senior year and enrolled in accredited institutions and applicable degree programs, such as retail management, fashion merchandising, organizational management, etc. We are looking for people with a passion for retail who are motivated achievers and hard-working team players. All Nordstrom Internship programs provide the opportunity for mentoring, training, and learning activities. Interns are paid a competitive wage and receive an employee discount.
